I'm not talking about that particular goal, I'm talking about the entire series in general, especially game 3. Not in the mood to make a longer post right now lol.

Oh yeah for sure lol. As much as Toronto deserves kudos for finally winning a conference quarterfinal, TB definitely blew that series in a sense.

really thought tampa would come back to win the series

just doesn’t feel right seeing them exit the playoffs so early

just got to hope panthers pull the rabbit out their hats one last time and all will be well

I haven't seen much of Edmonton in the regular season but for a supposed Calder Trophy finalist Skinner is not impressing me at all. Jordan Binnington he is not.

Come all without come all within. You'll not see nothing like the mighty Clem.

That may not be a bad thing…

…jokes aside though, he’s had a rough series for sure.

Peej could you predict a Boston Sweep of the Leafs next round by any chance?

They finally lost juice vs the Avs last year and you’d best believe 3 straight finals takes a toll. Seasons can’t end every June. A big part of them will be grateful for the break

Tbh Leafs are only advancing because Vasilevskiy was uncharacteristically horrible. Average play from him and Tampa cruises

Keep in mind their Cup in 2020 was won on September 28th. That was the Covid bubble playoffs.

This is my first year really watching hockey, are you not allowed/frowned upon to actually fight in the playoffs?

I haven’t seen anyone throw off gloves yet?

Is that a playoff thing?

Another interesting fact because of those playoffs and the following playoffs that started later than usual.

Victor Hedman is the first (and I believe only) NHL player in history that has ever scored an NHL goal in all 12 months. This happened when he scored on July 2nd, 2021 in game 3 of the SCF against the Habs.
