I'd be curious as to the attendance, on a percentage basis, figures with regards to MLB and / or the NFL / NBA. MLB is basically a straight, white male players dominated sport. Whereas both the NBA & NFL are over 90% straight black males. Yet which league trails the other 2 in attendance? Product does matter, obviously. Take away the 100% subsidized - by - the - NBA women's league & the league does not exist. Because of racism & homophobic detest of gays or product?

Agree.
WBB is notorious for players dribbling the ball off their foot and missing layups. Most players can't dunk.
Soccer is more like tennis - the fundamentals are good. The players are just smaller and slower (so are the opponents). A diehard fan might notice the difference but the casual fan would have to see them side by side.

If it makes the WNBA players feel better, even less people watch the women’s professional soccer league than watch WNBA. People only watch the women’s national team during the World Cup to cheer on the USA. But just like 95% of Olympic sports, people only care about it once every 4 years

I have many AA neighbors up and down my street. I know for a fact, that only 1 of the four guys watches the WNBA..even the littlest bit.
All watch Football, college and pro. Only two of the four watch NBA. None watch MLB(Im sure Golf, Tennis, Nascar,etc..too?)
But, sure Sue Byrd, blame it on whitey.
