I mean, he has NC State on a 6-game ACC winning streak and that is the longest ACC winning streak they have been on in 52 years (72-73 season). Hard to believe, but it is.

Let’s see… his 2nd year, he wasn’t allowed to coach in the tourney and the team was so good, they made the sweet 16 without him. Then the next season, the tourney was cancelled because of COVID. Then Wade’s 4th season (what should have been his 3rd tourney), they made the round of 32. His last season, we were a 6 seed and he was fired before the tourney. So he had one legit tourney that he was allowed to coach his team in. Strange hill to die. Wade had LSU in the dance every year. That’s miles better than what any coach has accomplished here since Dale. I would say that he is pretty damn good.

Clemson is ranked higher and higher in the conference standings than Louisville and NC St won at Clemson.
Granted, Louisville has been without Mykel Brown and / or with him pretty hobbled for large stretches of the season. That's a much different team when he is healthy.

Will Wade belongs at the mid major level. Fine for VCU and McNeese. At the high major he’s just a guy.
