A quick goog shows that Austin has a bunch of professional sports teams, which is what you asked.
They dont have any Big 4, which is what you meant.

There are Frisbee golf leagues. But they play as individuals like golf.
There are also professional ultimate frisbee leagues, of which Austin has multiple.
