They beat the same number as Bama and a top 10 team in the final rankings. Bama's best win is barely in the top 25.

Some of you are just stupid.

So who did Bama beat?

10 wins against the #1 strength of schedule. Didn’t get opportunity to play in conference championship game due to tiebreaker rule.

They got in because they were undefeated heading into an extra game and barely lost in OT to a good team. While others in consideration already 2 losses in the same amount of gams they were undefeated in. Pretty difficult to allow a 2 loss team that didn't win their division or conference.

Bama could have easily been a 4 loss team. You finished the season with wins against bad teams. Even Ole Miss proved to be horrible. Look how they finished.

Tennessee 100% deserved to be over Bama.

Better wins and beat Bama head to head. Neither played for the conference title.

F Bama.

Did you just pick the only SOS that had them ranked #1? They are like in the upper 30's/low 40's in most legitimate SOS rankings.

Also, if you watched TCU at all this year. Especially Saturday ,but really at all. Duggan is a beast and personally I look forward to watching him warrior it out there as an underdog. Dude is what being a big time CFB QB is all about. Pure heart. Also lots of size and talent. But pure heart.

LOL what fantasy world are you guys living in where KSU and TCU are above the SEC?

Who did Bama beat that is better than K-State?

The SEC is a conference not a team. You don’t get credit for playing a “tough” schedule simply for being in a conference with Georgia.

Bama had #1 strength of schedule and was tied with LSU for division champs.

So nobody. Got it.

Bama would have slept walked to a Big 12 championship.

Would have, but didn’t.

TCU would have been lucky to win 9 games against Bama’s schedule.

Because they do thoroughly dominated their common opponent right? Right?

Essentially, the CFP committee was so fricking impressed that TCU went 1-1 against 9-3 Kansas State (who lost to a G5 school)

And you are apparently super impressed that Bama hung for dear life to beat a 5-7 team at home by 4 that lost to a worse G5 team

People were so misinformed about TCU’s wins and so tired of Bama, they were willing to just erase everything they knew about the comparative strength of the SEC vs Big 12. Stupid and sad.

Bama fatigue

Why would bama be ahead of Tennessee? That’s why Bama fatigue is a legitimate reason, Because in a vacuum there is no reason for bama to be ahead of tenn

Alabama could have been 8-4 as easily as they could have been 12-0.

That and apparently we’re supposed to disregard actual game results and go off point spreads and assumptions of who would do what if they play someone else’s schedule
