It's an instate rivalry game between two FBS programs.

These are always closer than the experts expect.

Oregon is a 21 point favorite.

It will be a shootout with Oregon winning by 14-17 points.

Who said they aren't getting criticism? Who says they are the best team in the country?

I don't know of a single person arguing they should be top 10 or anything close to that. Hell, no one is even expecting them to beat either USC or Oregon.

Funny how the needle has moved from, “he will be a complete flop” to now, “ pfft, he didn’t cover the spread”

Somehow it's gone from 4-5 wins would be a huge improvement for CU to if they don't compete for the conference title in year one of a massive rebuild Deion is a failure.

They are never going to stop moving the goalposts for him. Same shite happened when he was at Jackson State. The exact same people spouted off he'd be a complete disaster who would run them into the ground and then when he started winning it turned into "WHY DIDN'T HE GO UNDEFEATED????"

He definitely deserves criticism for it, Colorado State looked and played like the better prepared team for most of the night

They had a great gameplan to attack them underneath and it worked like a charm.

But Colorado has Shedeur

Because he is at Colorado and has won 3 time as many games as the Buffs won last year.

It's natural for a team to eat the cheese and overlook a team like CSU. As much as Prime tried to create a "it's personal" message, there just wasn't much to get excited about as a CU player with Oregon and USC up next and everyone saying CU would win by 20+ against CSU.

IMO, it shows legit leadership to fight back and win that game when they had no interest in playing it and were down double digits in the 4th. These games happen. Good teams win them anyway.

I think He is good for football. Is he arrogant? definitely! But so far he has backed it up. I think the road ahead is going to be rougher and we will see how he and his team handles that. Honestly, I'm most surprised by the performance of Shedeur at QB. He has been pretty good so far.

Nobody thought they'd be 3-0 going into the game against Colorado St? Even though they were a 23 point favorite?

Don't respond that you were talking about before the season. If you do, then that just proves that you have Deion's penis stuck so far down your throat that you are unable to comprehend simple English.

The OP is talking about the Colorado St game only.

That’s why they fell in the rankings despite the win. Horrible win.

They’ll get boat raced by USC and Oregon
