None at all.

GOAT athlete at any position should be professional accomplishments only.

I disagree.

When you’re awesome at both levels with different players, different coaches, etc., around you, you’re probably a more complete player.

Sapp and Lewis couldn’t stop him?

I watched the game. F’n Miami receivers, as fast as they were, sucked at catching passes in that game. No Michael Irvin were they. They dropped pass after pass. The three and outs wore out the Miami defense. They were stopping Nebraska til the second half when they were left on the field waaaaaay too long.

If I’m building a team from nothing with today’s rules

Montana/Manning/Brees

If I have 4 all pro lineman, an established offense, and never need to throw the ball over 5 yards, Brady

For the last year maybe - but Brees had consistently one of the highest long pass completion % in the NFL his entire career

Tom Brady has an unquestionably better arm than Brees. Anytime he had a capable deep threat he proved that

Go back and look at that day when the Saints were ripped off playing the Rams.

Brees could have still won the game. Team got a possession after that and Drew stunk it up.

Pats played Chiefs later that day. Game on the line at the end, Brady produced.

Just like Malone and MJ at the end of the finals. Mailman misses free throw, Jordan nails the jumper.

Brady is the answer of an idiot

And this is the statement of someone who thinks they know more about football than they really do. Bottom line, there is no right answer as you can make an argument for a number of players. Brady definitely has a legitimate argument.

Brady threw a game ending interception that was negated by an off sides. Brees threw a game ending interception that wasn’t negated by a facemask.

Not sure the point you’re trying to make lands

That's not necessarily true. Some players just take longer to develop than others.

When it was H2H I was a big Manning fan, over Brady. Hard to argue with what Brady has done in terms of longevity, though.
