Nicest: Tie between Charles Woodson and Lincoln Kennedy

Biggest douche: Barry Bonds by a mile.

Nicest - Alex Bregman. Overall really good dude.

Worst - Terry Bradshaw. Dick on more than one occasion so not a one-off.

Can truly say I had very few interactions with guys I thought were assholes, including Chipper Jones. Many think he’s a douchebag but he was nothing but pleasant to me on several occasions.

I've had several.friends whom have met him and they all say he's cool.as hell.

And he's fricking huge.

Roy Jones Jr. is just a regular chilled out dude. Met him at a youth boxing tournament. Shared a plane with Warren Moon who also seemed like a cool guy.

Dale Earnhardt, Jr snd Sr.and Bobby Labonte were all very nice and accommodating.

Joe Nemechek was a dick.

I grew up near Talladega and my police officer dad always picked up security details at local hotels during race weeks. So I got to interact with lots of NASCAR drivers as a kid. The one guy who was always nice to me despite his reputation as a jerk was Rusty Wallace.

Kyle Petty was probably the coolest one I remember because he gave me all kinds of free stuff and some hospitality tent tickets one time and it was awesome to see all that stuff as a young NASCAR fan.

MMA fighters and boxers are actually some of the nicest ppl you'll ever be around in public. Obviously some are assholes, but lots of even current UFC guys are just good dudes. Kind of like knowing you can kick anyones arse kind of makes you lose all the bullshite fake tough guy pretenses and you have nothing it prove.

I train BJJ and my previous school was owned by a dude that did MMA so we had lots of upper tier MMA and UFC guys come in from time to time. You are right, most UFC guys are pretty legit and pretty humble. We have had Matt Hughes, Melvin Guillard, and Tim Credeur come in to train. In fact, Tim gave a standing invite that any body from Houston that came through Lafayette could come roll anytime and since I used to travel to our office in Geismar a lot back in the day for my real job I took him up on that. That is where I met one Duston Poirier but he was just really a kid back then. Also have trained with Nate Diaz through Kron Gracie at Kron's school. Nate might come across as an arse but he is honestly really cool.

Super humble.

Nicest in the sense of just gym talk, Alonzo Highsmith, Aaron Glenn, and Hakeem.

Rudeist/ most dickish : John Elway

Knew a kid who grew up in Denver when Elway's Broncos were really getting going. Everyone in town spoke about him as an absolute a-hole. Buddy ran into him fairly often, and had nothing kind to say.

Went to HS with Jeff Bostic's daughter (OL for the Redskins and Clemson). Never met him, but while she was a hottie, she was a frigging Turd.

Nick Swisher. Funny as hell and just an all around good dude

My brother was at a winter baseball camp in middle school in Columbus when Swisher was in his prime. My brother hit a line drive down the line and Swisher was playing at 3rd.

Swisher dove for it and “robbed” him of a hit. (I’m sure it was probably not a particularly difficult play for an MLB player, but he did have to dive for it, when he could’ve just let it go.) Swisher got up and started talking shite to my brother (in a good/fun/funny way, not in a mean way). My brother obviously loves that story and said Swisher was just a great dude throughout the camp.

He was nice enough to take pictures with my friend at a hotel bar like a week after the superbowl choke, even though he obviously really didn’t want to.

Tom Landry, he and his wife came to a matinee of Rocky III on opening day in Dallas. Couldn't have been nicer.

Otis Thorpe, Allen Leavell, and Johnny Holland at different times playing golf at Sharpstown in Houston. All were friendly.

Saw Vernon Maxwell at Sharpstown GC when the Rockets were in Orlando for the finals and he was AWOL. Just rode by, standing on the back of a golf cart with a thousand yard stare.

Nicest: Johnny Unitas, Muhammad Ali, Rickie Fowler, Justin Thomas, Randall Cobb

Worst: Jose Canseco

Watched Canseco scream at a kid for asking for his autograph at a Cardinals/White Sox exhibition and had to be escorted back to the locker room. Frank Thomas on the other hand stood and signed autographs for quite some time without issue.
