This is probably not a great answer given the crapshoot of the draft, but don't think I've heard bubba starlings name since he was drafted. Seems like a guy who will go back and play college football and be a 29 year old QB

It's hard to call anyone who actually made it to the bigs a bust, simply because that is an accomplishment in itself; however, Cameron Maybin had huge hype surrounding him if I remember correctly, and even after he sucked at the big league level for years people still talked up his potential.

Bust eligible players will most likely be very high draft picks. Very high draft pick usually get tossed up to the bigs at some point no matter what.

I wouldn't consider high draft picks that don't make it a bust. That happens too often to count. To me it would be guys that showed lots of potential in the minors, were called up to the big leagues with much fanfare, and proceeded to have very short or mundane careers.
