That's not a terrible idea..there are things I probably couldn't even do at all high jump, hammer throw, pole vault.

WHY???????? I was a fast MF and meters are farther than yards. FWIW it was wind aided.

It's not that much smaller for you to run a 9.6.

Triple jump--I think my best in college was 45' or so...I sucked pretty bad.

Long Jump-I think 23' was my PR my last year of track in college.

I applaud you for owning up to your mistake, 10.6 is still a really good time for a High Schooler, and much more believable.

I can not for the life of me remember what I ran my only timed 100m.

I was a baseball player so we ran 60s, I ran my only sub 6.4 a month after my senior year at a showcase, I was literally offered a scholarship within 10 minutes of running it, never ran under a 6.5 again.

Whatever a mile is. I wouldn't win because I am sure some people on here did it in 4:30 or less in their prime but I would be way up there.

Only ran track my senior year of HS (other sports took up my time). Wasn't great at any one thing so I did almost all of the running events less than 1600m at one point or another. Was asked to try the LJ one practice about 3/4 of the way through the season, jumped just under 20' my first ever attempt. With a couple weeks practice I was hitting mid-to-high 21'; my PR was just under 22' (like 21'-10 3/4" or something). Unfortunately I scratched my best jump at regionals or else I would have qualified for states. Thus ended my short LJ career.

In 8th grade I broke the track record at Lake Arthur (grass track) in the 400 m. Not sure what my time was. It was sub 60 seconds though.

Now I'd probably run a 400 in about 90 seconds.
