In pro football, home field advantage.

How many times has someone thrown 4 1 yard TDs? Seems like an extreme example to use for an already rare occurance of throwing 4 TDs in a game
More often than not, if you throw 4 TDs, you had a good game. Especially in today's game where it's highly likely that the reason you've gotten to the goal line in the first place is because you passed the ball a majority of the time.

Id also like to add that interleague play is pretty shitty

In the regular season it's not a big deal
In the post season it becomes a huge deal IMO. Very rare to win the Super Bowl without some sort of home field throughout the playoffs

QBR because WE DON'T ACTUALLY KNOW THE FORMULA FOR IT YET PEOPLE CLASSIFY IT A RELEVANT STAT WHEN EVALUATING QBS

Derek Carr vs Baltimore. 199 yards on 35 attempts, 4 tds.
Crown him mvp after 4 games.

You don't think the other 3 games had to do with that at all?

Agreed. Those who can't define it can't used it.

For a quarter century 1990-2014,
The Browns, Bengals, Cardinals, Rams, Raiders, and expansion Texans were the only teams with losing records at home.
Since moving to the 8 division format, only the NY Giants have a better record on the road than at home. Winning 57.50% of away games vs. winning 52.50% of home games, but two of those away wins were against the Jets which occurred in Giant Stadium.

So does putting a water fountain in left field behind the shortstop, doesn't mean it's the correct thing to do.
That's a retarded analogy.
In baseball when a player comes out of the game he's out for the remainder of the game. The DH undermines that rule by using 2 players half the time. It was introduced as a gimmick to inflate offense
