No one needs to throw the ball more than 50 yards. He can throw the ball 50 yards.

Arm strength is about throwing 10 and 20 yard out patterns on a line, not rainbow 50 yard posts and go routes.

Dude, Burrow is a rocket scientist compared to Mett. To only say he’s more athletic with better receivers? And not talk about his football knowledge, accuracy, work ethic? You have to be trolling.

Mett had a cannon and a better arm that Burrow. Less accurate and less intelligent.

Exactly.

And, Mett had ODB and Jarvis Landry as receivers. Not like Burrow has a huge upgrade in receivers.

It's not a Brees noodle.

It's not a Stafford arm.

It's more a prime Brady-- not necessarily the longest thrower, but good velocity and rotation on what you need to throw.

Brees led the NFL in deep passing for a long time

Burrow has a few in red zone that he snapped into a very tight window in the middle of the field

That is all I needed to see

Accuracy >>>>>>> arm strength

There have been plenty of “accurate” Big 12 noodle-armed QBs that can’t play in the NFL.

Arm strength is a data point just like accuracy is.

Errday. As long as he can make all the throws, I'd rather them be placed on target than get there .05 seconds earlier.
