Poster call out szn.

No Jalen Williams this game. He was wrongfully brought out by the Thunder organization last game, who clearly don't care about their players health or safety.

No Ajay either to help with ball handling for the Thunder, although I'm sure there's a few dudes on that team that would love to take over that duty so Shai can focus more on flopping.

Please dont take this the wrong way thunder fans:

Nobody likes yall. We all hate yall and yalls bullshite. Legit ruining the league with your style of play. Get wrecked you fricking nerds.

The only thing we agree on was hating the Lakers and this team.

I'll be pissed if it's another blowout by either team. We finally deserve a close one and hopefully it's the Spurs that pull it off.

I feel like the refs are getting marching orders from the NBA to try to keep this one close.

The discourse has become so bad Draymond chimes in with common sense. Still hate him for kicking Steven Adams in the Kiwi’s but he is spot on here:

The Draymond Green Show

Draymond on SGA's Foul-Baiting And Flopping

“Shai, you've reached a new level of greatness my man... you got sports media coming out and talking about what they don't like about your greatness, as if Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is running up and down the court with the whistle in his mouth calling a foul for himself... you all think the NBA is that easy to where this guy just flops and goes to the free throw line and he becomes the back to back MVP? We really gonna dumb the NBA down to that?”

It's sad that the NBA has officially entered the territory of “it depends on how they call the the game”

I know it's been that way since 1980, but it's so out in the open now it's like watching the WWE and we are all quietly in agreement the NBA controls who wins 90% of the time

No draymond, you're dumbing it down to that. Multiple posters including myself think shai is a great player, thats what makes the flopping even more infuriating. He doesnt need to do it, but he'd rather hunt for fouls instead of buckets.

Let’s reverse this. If teams say they don’t get calls then SGA just makes sure contact gets him the call instead of guessing what the refs will do.

Every player does it he is just good at making sure a foul is called. Does he stretch it at times? Sure. But he has used existing rules to advantage.

He’s one of the hardest players to guard, very shifty and catches defenders out of position a lot.

I actually think he’s playing with some type of lingering injury that he won’t say anything about. Last year we learned afterwards JDub played with an undisclosed injury in playoffs and had off season surgery that extended into start of season.

Friendly reminder that certain okc posters accused wemby of pulling Dorts hair when he clearly didnt.

And when said okc poster was told this he never retracted or apologized for spreading his false information.

Shameful

Also there is basically nothing one could do to Lu Dort on a basketball court that he wouldn’t deserve

One could say, the delusion of OKC fans has hit a new low that they are agreeing with Draymond.
