I hear that Dale Weiner is done after this year at Catholic. Rumor is, he is trying to position his son, Neal, into the head coaching position. Anybody else got the scoop?

Zachary might be the better job.

Zachary is a nightmare. The good old boys are in charge and they are firing folks left and right. I heard Neal already is felling the heat.

Let's keep Choke Job, Jr. away from CHS.

You think Catholic busts through for a title or two with Sid at the helm?

I think Sid will have big competition from Warren Capone.

I like Warren. He's done a great job building Christian Life's program back up. I don't knock him for losing in the title game. No one was beating South Plaquemines.

But being successful in 1A is a far cry from success at the 5A level, even if he is a Catholic High guy. Sid is far more proven at the higher levels of football in this state.

If Weiner is leaving, whichever coach gets the job will be walking into a loaded freshman class, since their push for "diversity" this past summer.

This CHS-BR Alum also votes for Sid..not the kid.

But, also Warren Capone does have clout being a Griz Great, and has many peers that are of the influential age and finances, in the grand scheme of things over on Hearthstone..

Should get interesting..three way race?

Catholic High's Kryptonite has always been a road trip up to Funroe in the playoffs.
