Sid was my coach at Catholic while Neil was a grade school ballboy. There's no comparison between the two.

The fact that Warren Capones name is being thrown around for this job is an absolute joke.

The dude was selling fricking insurance or some shite before last season when he went to CLA.

No way he would EVER get the CHS job.

Also, I think there is bad blood between Sid and CHS so I don't see them hiring him or him wanting it.

If it were up to me, I would hire Sid.....but Neil Weiner has been penciled in for that job for a while IMO.

I can't see Neal leaving ZHS right now.

The ole boys who running things over there are out.

New Pricipal, Asst Principal, and AD.

He's one of if not the best athletic facilities in the state to work out of.

The community up there is behind him all the way.

I have a friend that was at Parkview during the Marcus Ledoux, Robert Jupiter, Jermaine Williams years. The stories of parents complaining to the coach, AD, principal and paster about their boy not playing were epic.

Sid's son spent his entire high school career talking shite about Catholic. This dude went out of his way for 4 years of high school to try and get to people from Catholic. It was quite humorous and immatture.

That'd be really interesting ha

BTW: Catholic 42 Istrouma 7 @ the half

Catholic is actually pretty good this year. The defense absolutely shut down Hill and Coon and the big OL last week, and the QB will probably be the best pro-style QB prospect in the state next year.

The QB (Oliver) has 4 TD passes in the first half...no picks...one pass was a 45 yard TD.

Weiner's not going anywhere. When Boudreaux retires, I think the AD job is Weiner's if he wants it.

And as far as Capone coaching at CHS...That's laughable.

Looking at the scores of the Catholic game and the central game tonight....it looks like this years battle between those 2 teams may be an epic one.

I fell outta my chair reading that one. The "ole boys" are the ones who got him there in the first place. Now he gotta play by their rules. Hope the Supt. doesnt have another All-District son or he'll be packin too

Can you back this up with a valid argument? Why wouldn't they want a favorite son who has gone on to greatness back?

Capone has been a football coach for 1 fricking season.

Theres your arguement and that ends the arguement.

You have to be a fricking dumb arse to really think Capone would ever be considered for that job with 1 years experience.

My guess....Capone will be out of coaching within the next 2 years. This guy seems like he just bounces from one job/career to the other. Its whatever is best or benefits him at the time. This is just another stop for Capone...he will be out of it soon, whether he gets fired or quits.
