This is Capone's third or fourth year coaching. I am not sure if my arse is dumb but my brain works and I think he has a shot.

I played on the Dome team and Ruston was the shite that year. I vote for Sid, my freshman coach.

Catholic High's Kryptonite has always been a road trip up to Funroe in the playoffs.

My sophomore year after the '04 season, he predicted in spring workouts that we would play AT WEST MONROE, DEEP IN THE PLAYOFFS. ]

Needless to say, we did, and lost. We could have def. won that game if you ask me

That or acting like LSU '07, in giving each team the early 7-0 or worse leads, like two years ago, when it finally bit them down in Lafayette..early hole..too much to dig out from.

Played on that squad...we did that in 3 games

Yeah, WM did the most damage, but CHS has also dropped trips up there to Ouchita Christian and Neville in previous Bear era playoff runs..

Garidel always said that was there best chance to win it all besides in '06.

Specifically told us DBs about a cover 3 corner in that system that was looking into the backfield and they got killed with a dump pass that ended the season in '95.

This season CHS had maybe the best defense in their History. They gave up like 50 points the whole season (not including WM) if Im not mistaken. A CHS record I beleive. That shows how good that WM team really was by putting up 35 on that Defense.

Coaches are on record saying the 06 defense was/is better

From that defense

DE- Jason Peters (Starting DT at GTech)- all state
DE- Matt Broha (2 year starting at LE for LaTech)- all state
DT- Devan Walker( 1st year, R.Fr starting at SLU)- all state
OLB- Jordan Mcclay (appears as if he wont redshirt his freshmen year at SLU)- all state last year (sophomore at the time, didnt play besides special teams in that game)
MLB- Austin Hatcher (I think he played d3 ball)
CB- Todd Lee (2 year starter at New Mexico State I believe)- all district all metro
FS- Thomas Broussard (3 year starter at samford)- all state

Not to mention that henry minor didnt even play CB in that game but he's been a three year starter at UCA.

We were loaded on that defense.
