Was LeBron at Kobe’s memorial?

Per this article, LeBron may not have been at Kobe’s memorial. I did a search and didn’t see anything posted about this. While admittedly not being the biggest LeBron fan, I can’t see a valid reason he wasn’t at the memorial. It was at Staples Center. They had just had a home game and were playing another home game the next night so he should’ve been in town! Also, most current and former greats were at this event. Can anyone think of a legitimate reason he wouldn’t have gone? Also, his answer to the reporter is complete nonsense and makes no sense!

So I just rewatched at and she does look and point but the camera never shows him. Maybe he specifically asked not to be filmed, but the yahoo article is the 2nd article I’ve seen asking that same question.

The Kobe death has opened my eyes to a glaring issue within the public.

Read an article yesterday stating Lebron had asked media not to video him or focus on him during Kobes memorial while in attendance. Let me see if I can find it.

He didn’t go bc he wasn’t going to be able to speak. Other people got picked over him to speak and he didn’t like it.

Leave it to lebron to make someone’s else’s funeral about him.
He could have just said “yeah I was there”, but no, he had to answer all cryptically and make people question if he went.
