Sounds like you know more than most about the situation. How bad were the kids they were taking in for sports? I guess what I'm getting at is how obvious was it? U High is a tough school to get in to so if a D student from the north side of town that happens to be a beast RB suddenly gets in, it would be pretty obvious what's going on. Did they even try to hide it? I'm just curious about how stuff like that goes on in such a political environment like U High.

All of the “good” FB players transferred to U-High in their middle school years. Right on time to qualify per LHSAA to play ball in HS.

Walker has built a brand new school and facilities. They could dominate with the kids in that area. Will be fun to watch.

What the shite is this. It’s just because the suburbs of BR are starting to get good at football with people fleeing BR and moving out there so it makes sense. Try and be one of the first successful 5A suburb BR teams and try and build a program. Zachary did it and now teams like St Amant, EA, Walker, and Live Oak are trying to build. I don’t know what the issue with Denham Springs is to be honest and why they aren’t more successful
