Damn, I'm glad I'm not going to be on this jury. I keep watching it over and over again and I just can't tell. What may hurt TS is his past and the fact that he had already crashed into the guy.

Watch the 45 car right before Stewart's car. That car appears to have to move down to avoid Ward. And a car between 28-30 seconds seems close to hitting him when he was higher on the track as well.
That doesn't mean I think he deserved it or that Stewart did nothing wrong. This is a nightmare for everyone involved and should have never happened.

I'm not trolling, I'm telling yall what the facts show. And the only facts we have are from the video, and all the video shows is that this kid walked into his path. There is no proof TS is at fault.
