Some seem to be really overplaying this "nascar pyscho" stuff. I watch nascar almost every week and I can't even remember the last time Tony had an incident with another driver.

Some think because he threw a helmet or mouthed off to the media before thatit means he should be thought of very likely to murder

He seemed to tone it down alot as a team owner.

I can't believe bc some of you don't like TS you actually think he would intentionally run someone over. Some of y'all are fricked in the head
I doubt anyone thinks he tried to intentionally run over him. That said knowing TS is a jackass he probably tried to scare the guy, sling dirt on him, whatever and accidentally ran over the guy.

you can sugarcoat his behavior however you'd like. Not like I'm going to lose sleep over it

He's definitely mellowed out a lot. Most of his hot head rep came from shite that happened over a decade ago, tbh.

the only reason people are saying that he didn't hit him on purpose is because he is a hugely popular nascar driver. had it been any other driver on the track that did this people would assume that it was intentional.

Funny. I think it's just the opposite.
If this was a nobody, no one would think it was done on purpose.

Are you mother fricking retarded?

Multiple people in this thread.

Incorrect assumption. I don't like TS at all as a driver or a person.

Um, have you read this thread at all?

You can't possibly mean that the way it reads.

You guys are ridiculous, this is a terrible tragedy, but nobody should go to prison
What an absolutely idiotic comparison.
Tony Stewart diverts his car toward Ward Jr and accelerates. Whether he meant to hit him or scare him is not the point.
He purposely did this and ended up killing the guy. Nothing about aiming cars and hitting the gas toward people is a part of racing.
Don't be stupid (if you can).

This is exactly what happened.
That is exactly why he is at fault. He was being negligent.

This is what it sort of looks like to me, but I'm speculating. There isn't enough in that video for anybody to say with certainty.
