Scary AF
Why has this not been covered in at least 8 inches of padding already?

I was having this conversation with a group of friends last week.
They will now.

I remember being at a HS game my step dad was coaching as a kid. I wanna say it was against Glen Oaks but it was so long ago I can't be sure (anyone with extensive knowledge of HS stadiums in the BR area especially in the 90s might know) but they had brick walls right behind the endzones too and the same thing happened. Blows my mind anyone can design a football stadium like that and see no issues. Even at the HS level, much less a P4 blue blood program like OU.

With the wall that close you would think it would be padded

If he’s seriously hurt I wonder if he’d have grounds to sue?

Clemson’s Mike Williams broke his neck on a goal post and missed a majority of the season in 2015.

Glad he's okay.

That could have been really bad.

Yeah that had to of been discussed before by football operations considering that brick wall is so close to the endzone. Gotta change that.

Reminds me of that Houston WR who broke his leg against the band cart at Marshall about 20 years. IIRC, he sued Marshall and won.

One thing you won't find a lot of in Norman, Oklahoma is common sense.

Is that an AI voice or does a chick really sound so stupid that she sounds like an annoying AI voice?

I hate AI voiceovers.

Hope ole baw is ok though.

Does Okie State still have that gutter/track where you can fall in at T Boone Pickens?

I remember an A&M game where a player was hit out of bounds and then just disappeared when he fell down there.

No, he did miss time due to them finding a spinal defect that he was born with. He had his spine fused so he could play football again.
