Can we get Jamal Adams at safety for LSU next year? He has a year left too.

I don't think a preliminary injunction is the end of this story.

Another Republican judge putting a nail in the coffin of college football. Zero eligibility restrictions as long as you’re enrolled in school is coming

Can we just put a bullet in the NCAA at this point?

No but the NCAA is 0 for 10,000 in their court cases recently.

If this was granted with Pavia staying at Vandy in mind, I’m all for it
Should it be to allow him to market himself, to Hell with that

What is the reasoning behind this decision?
He played four seasons already, none of which were impacted by Covid.

He argued his years at JCO shouldn't count against his eligibility. Restricting him from NIL future earnings.

If we can get it.

I don't know if it's the NCAAs fault. At this point the courts are getting over involved in it without actually knowing how it all works

Without being tied to an ncaa institution he has literally unlimited opportunities for future NIL earnings. Now Diego pavia can get sponsored by anybody at any time for any reason, with no restrictions.
If this isn’t definitive proof that the universities are the value and not the players then I don’t know what is.

I became a fan after the Bama win. Kid is fun to watch play ball.

Yup, it's definitely coming. No more eligibility rules. As long as you have at least 1 class registered, you can play college sports infinitely.

Wahhh we dont like the rules so we find a favorable judge. Welcome to America in 2024. Ridiculous how we can never enforce rules.

Nope.
It’s the next step though. Mark my words, within the next few years, maybe sooner, there will be a challenge to the 4 year eligibility rule. Meaning there will be no limits. As long as a guy is enrolled as a student he will be eligible to play college football…for 6, 7, 8+ years. In essence, some guys will become “professional” college football players with no need to try to move to the NFL. Not just guys who took redshirt seasons or got medical redshirts. EVERYONE will be eligible for as long as any school will have them
