And now the bimbo has her account private to shield herself from people directly calling her stupid Went from trashing Clark to hiding from her own shitty mistake.

Shows you how little these “journalists” actually do when reporting on a story. Clark attending her charity event seems like basic information to gather before writing a story.

Makes them no different from some random X user who saw a video of Clark at a hairdresser and reposted to their audience with zero context.

Imagine having any modicum of respect for a “journalist” these days. Even from our sports perspective alone they are garbage.

Pat Forde being a shining example.

Look, I'm no Caitlan Clark fan - I never watched a minute of a WNBA game before she came around nor after. And I don't care for the manufactured drama on both sides.

But this reporter apparently just flat out made something up - and should be at the very least suspended without pay with a warning that if this ever happens again you are fired.

You will never hate progressives as much as they hate themselves and YOU.

And Gannett (which owns USA Today) owns most of the local newspapers in the country (every one in the Lafayette area). They own hundreds of local daily and weekly newspapers (and the associated online/social media accounts) in at least 43 states.

I agree, I'm tired of seeing WNBA bullshite posted because no one cares about it.

However, this is yet ANOTHER example of the endless bullshite the left wing media puts out there. Their lies don't have to land 100% of the time, but as long as they hit often enough, that's all they're worried about. Slowly chip away. So it's absolutely important to point this shite out, because there are far too many people in this country who choose not to exercise critical thinking actively and just lap this stuff up at face value.

You have to expose the media for what they are these days. Which is a shame, because their job is SUPPOSED to be holding those in power accountable.

Instead, we now live in an age where those trying to get into power have weaponized them. And while we can certainly point to litany of examples of media being used as propaganda since the invention of the printing press, it has never been more invasive or insidious than it is today due to social media.

Since we know the audience they are pandering to with that headline, I’m surprised they didn’t use “black English” and say “opting to get her hair did”

The charity is great and all, but Clark should be participating in everything, IMO, to grow the league, especially this early in her pro career.

It’s pretty lame that this is her 3rd year and she still hasn’t participated in the 3 point contest.

Jordan wasn’t skipping out on All Star Weekend events early in his career while growing his brand and the NBA.

I can only assume they are being funded by anti-America socialists to spread the propaganda. Not only is the story stupid but where did these journalists and editors learn to write? They don't even understand basic English Composition. AI could help but I guess they are too dumb to use.
