Stanford blackballed TTU and Okie State from the PAC-12 because of academics and blackballed BYU from the PAC-12 because of religious affiliation. Now they are begging to be let into a conference with Okie State, TTU and BYU.

i think peoppe will watch USC vs Ohio State and Oregon vs Michigan and UCLA vs Penn State

Funny that this gets downvotes. Would fans really rather watch USC vs Oregon State than USC vs Michigan or Penn State?

This almost certainly a stupid question, but here goes.

Why did UC-Berkeley, the flagship of the UC system, not bitchslap UCLA and prevent their move that instigated this domino effect?

Because UCLA is the real flagship.

A real quote from Michael Crow on the Apple deal per Mandel. Imagine this person running your university and being the most influential member of the conference…

"We were offered a media contract by the Apple corporation, which was a technological 23rd century Star Trek-thing with really unbelievable capability that ASU was very interested in."

the ratings and tv money say otherwise

You mean the tv money that is a giant bubble?

What tv ratings indicate that college football hasn't peaked? That is a serious question btw

Crow appears to have his nose so far up Silicon Valley’s arse that he can tell you what Larry Ellison had for breakfast.

Whatever way you want to cut it, USC will have more competition in the Big 10 than they did in the PAC-12
