Like I said, my only qualm is the "well technically what we're doing is in a grey area, and we aren't breaking our word". It's BS. At least be honest and say we don't want to be a directional school so we had no intent of ever following the guidelines we agreed to. We lied when our track record said we would lie, and you didn't corral it or have barriers in place to keep it from spreading. So frick you ULM, but thanks for being the only directional to fall for our lie. The Bulldogs/Cajuns have the history of lying and cheating from the GSC days to the Big West, all the way up to the Hud era. Own the bad boy tag, and drop the "well aKTuaLlY" bit. You got the ULS Board and NLU to fall for it when they shouldn't have trusted your administration given the history. When these threads come up just say "Oh well, y'all actually trusted us" and throw up a screenshot of ESPN listing you as Louisiana and

It does mean something. It means they entered into the original agreement knowing they wouldn’t abide by it. They never planned to call themselves what they agreed to call themselves and now they want everyone else to pretend what’s not true is true.

I agree with this. No reason to pretend ULM is a sister school if you don’t really feel that way.
