I don't know. The part where he 'comes to' and starts retreating back to the cage looked authentic.
Maybe it was one of those ones where the guy gets hit in the temple or something, and then it takes a few seconds for the flash to happen and for the guy to go down.
There's a highlight reel one like that where some guy gets hit and keeps standing for a second or two, then starts backpedaling toward the cage and falls down, knocked out. Can't remember who the fighters were.
Maybe it was one of those ones where the guy gets hit in the temple or something, and then it takes a few seconds for the flash to happen and for the guy to go down.
