True or false that the SEC controls who gets into the CFP? Alabama vs Auburn will be the deciding factor whether Oregon/Utah or Alabama would get in. And Georgia vs LSU is the deciding factor whether all those other teams are irrelevant with a Georgia victory.

I think Ohio State wins out until they play real teams in the CFP.

How would Alabama and Auburn get Alabama in? They’re pretty much out

The sec is irrelevant to bama getting in. They could beat Auburn by 100 and still aren't getting in unless multiple p5 champs have multiple losses.

False. Alabama isn’t getting ij barring a string of extremely unlikely results. Once again, the fact that Bama is even getting talked about by national media right now is a win for Bama.

Y’all can repeat this all you want, but they aren’t “pretty much out”

FPI gives them a 43% chance of making it. There’s still 3 weeks of football left. Bama and Oregon will have a common opponent. The odds are stacked against Alabama, but calling them out is nothing more than wishcasting

So you think Bama legit has the 4th best odds to make the playoffs? The Allstate Playoof predictor is terrible

Oregon/Utah wins out and they're in. Doesn't matter what Bama does. Pure chaos is needed for Bama to be in the top 4.

LSU loses to UGA, everyone else is locked out. OSU, Clemson, UGA, LSU would be the final 4, not sure of order.

The 1 loss team that’s been in every playoff? Why wouldn’t they be in the conversation? Because they haven’t beaten anyone? Neither has Oregon, who lost to the only ranked team they’ve played and beat Washington State, Washington, and Cal by a combined 16 points. Everybody is ready to slide them in at 4 though

Holding onto that narrative despite the fact that the B1G has the most teams ranked in the top 25 and Ohio State has a win outside of the conference in the top 25.

It would require Utah or Oregon inexplicably dropping a game and the loser of that upset winning the PAC12CG. Bama has to beat Auburn with Mac Jones. They then have to hope that committee finds one loss Big 12 champion Oklahoma unequivocally worse than Bama. If Bama isn’t unequivocally better, then Bama has to hope that humans with ties to conferences will leave a P5 conference out with the same record for Mac Jones.

There is no need to talk about Alabama.

Oregon has 1 ranked win vs USC.

I believe the only teams without a ranked win in the top 10 are Bama and Utah.

FPI still has Bama higher than LSU. ESPN has to show it since it's their metric but as long as that ranking holds any argument propping up it's importance is invalid.

Rubble is correct itt.

Some of y'all just don't want to year it because y'all have Bama fatigue. Understandable, but not objective.

With that logic, we should just lock Clemson, Ohio State, and Bama into the playoff permanently and not even bother playing a season.

They're sitting at 5 behind Georgia.

If Georgia loses the SEC, there's Bama.

CFP committee is sitting them perfectly for the eye-test to rear its ugly head once again.

Imagine this place if LSU had to play Bama again in the 1st round of the playoffs.
