His choice or not?

I wonder if Romo would take it for like $5 million.

Sources say that McAfee might be the replacement

I’m actually not a McAfee hater / think he can be entertaining and overall does a nice job with his main show and brings some levity to College Gameday in comparison to Saban/Herbie’s more “traditional” analysis.
But he has no place in the booth as a color commentator on a main (i.e., non-multicast) NFL game broadcast.

There is significant buzz building that ESPN could be replacing Aikman with Pat McAfee in 2027.
He's literally the white Stephen A. in every which way.
ESPN just trying to find ways to have him on air at all times.

Aikman Staubach and Jimmy Johnson should pull investors to overthrow Jones out as owner - and restore Dallas to a functioning NFL franchise -
Joe Buck sucks and it will be glorious to know he's suffering in a booth with Pat MacNcheese -

Could see ESPN going after olsen and CBS going after aikman unless they want to stick with watt

Most people are acting like he’s being forced out or there’s too much friction between him and Buck. Maybe he’s just had enough. He’ll be 60 in a month, and I’m sure he’s incredibly financially secure.

I don't think he confirmed anything. All he said was he'll see at the end of the season where his next landing spot would be, which included the possibility of staying

ESPN better be on line 1 with Greg Olsen or it’s about to be a shitshow.

Ever since Tirico and Gruden left, ESPN seems hellbent on making their MNF production as shitty as possible. It's really strange.

I agree.

I bet Aikman gets replaced by Jason Kelce.

Y’all are going to be missing Troy Aikman when ESPN replaces him with Jason Kelce.
