He turned down a 4 year 80 mil extension (I believe those are the numbers) with Utah this past year. That was definitely a mistake.
Understatement. Don't you pay your agent to prevent big mistakes like that?

He still has assembled a good team.

Players turned down those extensions because they assumed the cap would be 10mil higher and the stupid money contracts would be available.

The problem with Hayward going to Boston is I don't think Thomas is a big piece to put you over the top. Hortford is also underwhelming.

i think drafting tatym is why he won't get hayward. they got 97 small forwards. where is he going to play lol

Part of the allure of going to Boston is that they're going to be a 50 win team for the next 15 years.

What kind of money is Barbosa in line for? I could see a GSW reunion in his future

Agreed
They're loaded to build through the draft. High drafts too.
They have more resources than any team in the league. They have quality young talent. They have a top coach/gm duo. They can ride out the storm known as golden state and strike in 3 years.
Miami is just better living

They're def giving Hayward the max in hopes he's okay with sitting behind Tatum and Crowder
Lol

If there is anywhere I want to be deep at, it's at having two way skilled wing players
