It seems like he could possibly have the money to have someone drive him around when he feels like getting fricked up.

He’ll get off with a slap on the wrist. Those Jewish attorneys in south Florida are expensive as frick but they don’t lose when it comes to these kinds of cases, especially when their clients are worth tens of millions of dollars.

You're not pleading down an accident dui to just a reckless after you already have a prior dui, that was pled down to a reckless.

He'll buy his way out of real trouble.

He'll do a PSA talking about responsible decision-making.

He'll play the sympathy card because of the number of surgeries he's had.

He won't lose 1 ounce of his arrogance or holier-than attitude.

What real trouble is he in? Nothing really to buy his way out of. Limited driving ability? That’s a nothing burger anyway

A second DUI in Florida

Not that its admissible in this case and a different state, but he was F'd during his Genesis crash years back. Local authorities didn't do their job and drug test him.

Exactly opioids can stay in your system for up to a week it doesn’t mean you are impaired. You know he is on a pain management program so the urine test is useless. Urine test would have been positive and they would have arrested him anyway. They gave him road side test but those are notorious for being unreliable. My guess is they knew who he was and they he most likely takes medication because of his surgeries. So they were gonna find a way to arrest him no matter what.

We’ve found a Masters bro. This is some level of ignorance

For what it’s worth there’s almost no way the DUI sticks. Blew 0.0, no evidence of drugs in the car or via any sort of urine or blood test, it’s going to be the officers word that he “seemed impaired” which is not nearly enough to convict. Not unless there’s some incredibly incriminating video.

Very likely he pleads to reckless operation and failure to submit to a test.

He refused to test, which is why he was arrested.

Pretty sure Florida is like many states where refusal to test is an admission of guilt.
