NBA games are so cheap outside of San Antonio or New York

OKC had the highest average resell ticket value this year. Very expensive ticket. That's what happens when you only have 1 pro team in a state that is full of sports fans (even if it is a smaller state population-wise)

It's going to be fricking awesome if the Pacers lose this series, which I think they will.

Damn. Back in the Reggie Miller days I thought the Pacers had great fans. Didn't they have a long string of sellouts and the arena used to rock for big games?

hey hey, there were a lot of makes. especially in that one 4th qtr against Boston in 08. one can only do so much in the Woodyball offense and with your namesake jacking up j's and leading 1-man breaks.

Ah, I found a story that explains this: The Pacers sucked for years after Reggie Miller, Mark Jackson, et al left and the Indiana economy was hit hard by the recession. That caused fans to lose interest in going to games. And the fact that the Pacers were on a losing skid to end the season makes people not inclined to shell out good money for tickets.

Just wait until the series goes back to Atlanta if you want to see some real fans

ATL had the 3rd worse attendance in the league this year…they were nearly out-attended by the 76ers

Hawks don't stand a chance until Atlanta Spirit Group is gone

That's sad because at one point they were the craziest fans in NBA history.

why show up to watch your team get spanked by the 8 seed?

And Kevin Durant is on your team.

also note that there is a $10 deal for college students for tickets to hawks home playoff games. like that deal already exists. i dont think the hawks should get made fun of this year, though, since they are an 8 seed and shite. every other year, go for it.
