I couldn't believe how quiet their building was in Game 1, and the Pacers were up then.

They are fairweather. Miami has better fans, which is sad.

I'm serious. You can't really fault Miami fans because they have beaches and clubs with half naked women 24/7. If Indy had a fraction of the entertainment/nightlife they would probably have similar attendance records.

That's crazy when I compare it to the only experience I have with playoff basketball, which is in Memphis

Just wait until the series goes back to Atlanta if you want to see some real fans

They'll pack it out though I would imagine despite not having reputation for being very good.

Damn. Back in the Reggie Miller days I thought the Pacers had great fans. Didn't they have a long string of sellouts and the arena used to rock for big games?

No, but we can blame them for leaving a playoff game early when it appeared their season was about to end. Show your team some damn appreciation for their season even if you think it's about to end.

yeah Hawks playoff games tend to be sellouts or close to it. despite Joe Johnson's best efforts or lack of caring about the crowd.

NBA games are so cheap outside of San Antonio or New York.

Lakers might also be expensive but tell me a worse team than Knicks that has a regular season game go for $228 in the cheap seats.

spur seats aren't too expensive. went to game 1 of their series with the lakers last year and it was like 45 bucks a seat up in the nose bleeds. laker regular season tickets are generally more expensive than that

I'd love to see the meltdown from that Pacers crowd if the Hawks destroy them in Game 2
