Yea yea I know good coaching, preparation, etc are the reasons I’m sure....

But MAN it just seems like stuff ALWAYS goes Bama’s way. Fumble the ball? No biggie, your DL is going to pick off a tipped pass, then your defensive back is going to pick off another contested throw.

4th & 1 roll the dice? Always seem to convert.

Kudos to them I guess

There's a reason why the "luckiest" teams are generally those with the best talent and/or coaching.

It has very little to do with luck. It has everything to do with:

1) They have more talent than anyone else. Bama has averaged 1.2 in recruiting class rankings over the last 5 years. 4 of their last 5 recruiting classes were #1.

2) They have better coaching than anyone else. Anyone who doesn't think Saban is a better coach than everyone else isn't watching.

3) They have little to no competition in their conference. The SEC is dying while Alabama continues to roll, because coaches don't want to play them every year.

4) They have tons of money and top-notch facilities because of all the winning. Yes, so do lots of other schools - but it's still a big factor.

Throw all of these things in the pot, and what do you get? An unstoppable juggernaut, in a league where there is absolutely nothing built into the system to ever help anyone rise up to stop them except for flukes (see: championship game last year) or a retiring coach.

Honestly I feel like refs just give Bama the benefit of the doubt sometimes because they assume they did it right or executed how they wanted bc they’re Bama.

I base this on nothing but a hunch, Bama gets a ton of calls but I don’t think it’s any kind of conspiracy, just the way it is, refs are human

The reason is the gigantic talent advantage they have in every game.

Their 2nd and 3rd units on the depth chart are full of starters on any other team.

2 bad calls in 2 straight years. It's ridiculous.

I might agree with you but you just described two really good plays by their players. Those plays don't scream lucky, they are just five star players making plays.

I’d say being the only team to play in a NCG without winning your conference, not once but twice, is lucky as shite.
