I hope it was a hell of a check.
Because what little existed of his professional reputation is gone. When he was the only NFL draft analyst he had no competition, so hitting on ~ 40% of the 1st rd picks and tapering off seemed like he was smart. Now everyone realizes there are better analysts out there and YouTube keeps all his big time misses documented for the world to see.

That's not how ESPN works. They hire idiots, former athletes (often one and the same) and girls with big-breastesses who have brothers who played football.
There's a script written, they stick to it and most sports fan Joe blows can call-out their made up narrative, lies and falsehoods while NOBODY on the panel or set EVER calls an "analyst" out or corrects, clarifies or reminds them that what they said is simply not true.
Modern TV has no standard... Two raging drunks at a bar arguing a non-call are more truthful and believable.

You put Trubiski in this group. He didn't have an attitude problem. He fell into the other group of "why they fail", he went to a bad situation. He's one of those guys that, if drafted by the right franchise, may have been a solid QB. But we'll never know. The Bears ruined him.
