In sparring matches during halftime or something?

Arguing about the likelihood of one getting injured can be argued, though. That's why injury prone players don't typically get big deals. It has been a trend with Danny Amendola thus far in his career.

Having injuries over consecutive years is a bigger indicator than 1 injury in 1 year.....
Maybe it won't happen but 2 straight years he has missed significant time. He also missed a few games in 2009 so he has missed games in 3 of his 4 seasons in the NFL due to injuries.

Michael Bennent is in Miami and will likely sign with the Dolphins. Like that move to take some pressure off Wake, draft either Rhodes or Trufant at 12 and the defense looks nice.

The two met 14 times in their careers, with Brady winning 10, and on behalf of a football audience that craves magnificent play from its quarterbacks, I'd like to say thank you to the NFL schedule makers.

Think they missed the part from where you said "since"

Brady is the most successful quarterback in today's game, and that includes his glittering record vs. Manning. He beat him earlier this year. He's beaten him twice in the playoffs. But he hasn't beaten Denver with regularity. In fact, he's 4-6 against the Broncos, the only opponent with a winning record against him -- and that wasn't vs. quarterbacks like Manning. It was guys like Jake Plummer and Brian Griese and Kyle Orton. Denver is a trap door for Brady. Brady is a trap door for Manning. Something has to give, and something usually does when these two meet -- like TV ratings. A Peyton-Brady rematch would captivate the public, and that's what the NFL likes.

They missed a few things. I didn't even want to get into a QB debate. I just found the claim that Peyton can't beat NE odd given recent history

Incorrect. he didn't miss any games in 2009 due to injury. The Rams picked him up after they had already played two games.

I didn't make that claim.
I'd still rather look at their entire history than an arbitrary number.

Well, if you look at their entire history the Colts lost to the Patriots a lot and by larger margins earlier in Manning's career when NE had some of the best defenses in the NFL. Since NE has shifted from a defensive to an offensive focus the wins/losses have balanced out, and the games are a lot closer. Manning "couldn't beat" NE about 8-9 years ago. He hasn't had that problem in a while though, at least not consistently enough to warrant that claim

TT9 has always had a personal vendetta against Peyton Manning. I would guess because he played his college ball as a Tennessee Volunteer, but that's just my assumption.

Yeah, well, this statement was juvenile.

Oh and Manning can't beat the Pats, we're his Florida when he was in college. Pure ownership.

#Colts agree to terms with DE Ricky Jean-Francois on a 4-year, $22 million deal, per @caplannfl. Solid, reliable starter in base 3-4 front.

ESPN 1500 Twin Cities' Tom Pelissero passes along word in the agent community that the Vikings will likely sign free agent Matt Cassel "if they can agree on money."
Pelissero calls the money "a big if, of course," but ESPN's Adam Schefter stated on SportsCenter Thursday that "It sounds like Minnesota is the favorite right now to get Matt Cassel." Schefter's use of "the favorite" was a bit generous. The Patriots also make sense as a potential Cassel suitor, but Minnesota can offer him a much better shot at 2013 playing time.
