The Phils were playing poorly in 2022 AND 2023 entering the playoffs. They nearly blew a Wild Card spot in 2022.

we have completely shite the bed our last 3 playoffs appearances. could not even win a series. got our asses totally kicked
22-phillies divisional
23-phillies divisional
24-padres wild card
25- no playoffs
here we are again division winners. hope we do not choke like so many other division winners we have had the last 26 years.
show me! team better have some revenge on minds and have some urgency.

We desperately need early runs tomorrow. This team will tighten up like a nun's snatch if they're down 2-0 in the 5th inning. We will either win in two or not win at all.
The Braves have not won an elimination game since Game 3 of the 2018 NLDS. They haven't won a series when they faced elimination at any point since the 1996 NLCS.

I don't have much hope for us beyond this series. This team isn't built correctly for postseason success.
But I do think we handle Philly this week fairly comfortably before bowing out to LA in 4.
This isn't the same Philly team as 22 and 23. They are old, they are dysfunctional, they have an awful pen and their one strength (their rotation) isn't set up properly... also Don Mattingly is their manager.
They are cooked. We kinda are too, but Philly is burnt crispy.
But I do think we handle Philly this week fairly comfortably before bowing out to LA in 4.

I schedule a work trip in the area around game 3 and have a ticket, so I'm selfishly hoping we get there 
It really helps not seeing Wheeler this series but I think the lack of offense will catch up to us unfortunately. I don't have a good feeling at all.

This will all make it sting that much worse when we lose to them or have to burn a starter to win a must-win game 3
Also, this is kinda crazy. Is the MLB trolling both teams?
