Hopefully we keep Fuentes in the pen. One of AA's weak spots is spending lots and lots of money on the bullpen. Having an ultra elite, cheap, high leverage arm for the next 5 seasons would be huge for this team.

But in the meantime, I’m going to voice my concerns on a message board when it’s evident that this once promising core is being squandered.
That’s what makes me a fan of my favorite team.
If you can’t handle that fans like that exist, then sports aren’t for you.
Now either accept it for what it is, or continue clutching your pearls about it.
I’ll still have fun with you either way.

Fuentes just seems perfect as a closer. Great mental makeup and incredible arm talent. And feel a little snake bit with Strider as a starter. Likely wouldn’t be different if he’d been a reliever, but maybe?
