Rough outing for Soriano today, so there are now zero traded starters who have an ERA lower than Mahle, Holmes and Perez and only one lower than Sale since the deadline.

MAHLE 1.52
HOLMES 2.38
PEREZ 2.50
Holmes 2.81
ALL BRAVES STARTERS 2.92
SALE 3.00
Skubal 3.38
Soriano 3.80
Griffin 4.05
Ray 4.20
All Traded Starters (not Mahle) 4.44
ELDER 4.50
Castillo 5.93
May 6.00
Gausman 6.19
Peralta 6.92
Mize 7.00
SMITH-SHAWVER 8.31

Helluva save money move for the 2027 strike no season. Won us 0 games in the 2026 playoffs

2028 here we come, more of the same after that

Oh by the way, you're counting on your 39 year old ace to carry the non existent staff after a year off.

Astros just fired Dana Brown.

He'll probably get another GM gig somewhere but it would be nice if we could bring him back in at least an advisory role, particularly this offseason, while he waits for a new job to open up.
