The rule American basketball should be implementing is the European rule where any foul that isn't a legitimate foul on the ball is an immediate unsportsmanlike. Extending the game with intentional but for some reason not-ruled-as-intentional fouls is bullshite, tbh

North Korea officially putting into he rules that the first 95% of a basketball game are meaningless.
With 8 point baskets you can be down 30 points and still easily win.
