Bryson such a dumpster fire. Spraying drives, chucking wedges, and he looks like he has the putting yips. Hard to say for sure because he putts with a telephone pole so unconventionally, but it’s been a very unstable stroke this week.

I wonder what it would take for Bryson to reevaluate how he attacks a golf course and where to focus most of his energy. He needs to spend almost all his time 100 yards and in but he seems to focus all his energy on stuff that isn't helping him score better in these tournaments like tinkering with his golf clubs, speed training, etc.

He has no shot at winning but glad my boy DJ made the cut. Always root for him. Rose and Fitzpatrick back on the riigt side of the cut line.

It seems like the PGA got scared of guys blowing this course out and may have Mickey moused it a little to keep scores down.

So, Donald Ross greens are giving players fits and everyone thinks the PGA of America did something?

The pin locations are kinda insane. Duval said there are 5 holes I beleive where the pins are 5 paces or less from the edge

Look how there is almost zero separation from the entire field. It’s hit it anywhere on the green and try and two putt

As a fan:

The good

Makes for a packed leaderboard

The bad

Good play barely separates at all from average play. Anyone can win

You saying Scottie and David Duval have hot takes? I’m basing it off of what they are saying plus the zero separation we are watching happen on the leaderboard

This seems like cope. The pin placements didnt make scottie miss a ton of fairways today.

I don’t think it’s cope when you have a 6.2% 3 putt rate for the field…….The pins are clearly on edges and spines

It’s hit the middle of the green and two putt. Nobody is going to try shite right now

I’m not even complaining. It has one positive and one negative from a fan perspective the way they set it up. Packed leaderboard, but not exciting golf

Wow. Makes sense. But some will bang their head against a wall to argue against it

That's the course. 2 holes share a tee box. Tee box close to green causing delay. 9 and 17 cross each other like runaways at laguardia.
