Central beat Sulphur last night 11-1 in 6 innings.

Central starting pitcher went 6 innings, 6Ks, 1 BB, 1 ER

Central bats came to life in 4th inning and kept going.

Sam Houston run ruled Notre Dame last night. The hitting throughout the lineup was super impressive. Barrels all day.

ND needs to play some 3A teams.

PBHS had Lutheran on the ropes, but looks like they’re gonna escape

Rain delay with 1 out in 2nd and Mitchell was pulled with 1 K

Sorrel took over and K’d 5 out of 8 giving up 1 hit on 45 pitches in 2 2/3 He pitched Thurs night 21 pitches and was taken out with 1-0 lead

Wooten pitched a clean 5th w 2 Ks, but walked leadoff in 6th followed by a single. SF advanced runner, then got a big K, only to allow the tying run to score on WP with 2 strikes and 2 outs.

Successive hits gave Lutheran a 3-1 lead. PBHS batting with 2 on bot 6th and 2 outs

Clayton Fontenot knocked in a run bottom 7 after the back to back HRs by Lutheran to score 4 top 7

Fontenot is a top prospect in LA in Class of ‘27. LHed OFer

WM falls 6-2 to Northwest Rankin. Cupit with the loss. Gotta find some offense as the big 3 left a massive hole. 2 hits on the day for WM.
