happened during the Saints-Vikings NFC Championship. was really more nervous than anything but I did not make a sound until Porter's pick towards the end of regulation.

that was also the biggest game I've ever watched alone.

I'm a 17. Always. That then encompasses many of the others when shite goes south. But I'm always alone.

Non-Reaction/Catatonic Fan is usually what I am. It definitely describes the way I was when I got home from the last two Alabama games and the losses to the Bears, Seahawks, and 49ers in the playoffs the past few years.

18. The Non-Reaction Fan

This fan barely acknowledges what’s just happened. In fact, you have to study him carefully to find any reaction at all. He might slump slightly, or offer a subtle head shake. There’s a slim chance that he might mumble something indecipherable under his breath.

But that’s it. Whatever chaos is unfolding around him, he won’t acknowledge it. If you didn’t know any better, you’d almost think he was at peace with what he'd just seen. There’s a sense of serenity to him, like a still pond on a windless morning.

Make no mistake: No fan is hurting worse than this one.

This is me.

These people are the worst by far.

They may even try to liven the mood with jokes.
Expect him to say things like “Well, at least it was really close” and “It was still a fun game to watch, right?”.

Is it wrong to want to hit a girl when they do this?

I'm a combination of 2, 4, and 11.

Over the years I've become #20 (rational fan) but I have my "what are you doing" moments here and there.

Not all of these are "depressed" fans. Kind of a dumb title.

#22 People who are there and aren't listening but shout "yesss" everytime something bad happens to your team just because they hate their own lives. Usually a spouse who doesn't even want to be there and talks to the wives the whole time.

I am almost every single one of these. I am such a better fan when watching teams I don't care about

I used to be an 8, now I'm 2 shortly followed by a 16.

ETA: I'm almost certain you could find an old Cowboys in game thread where you see me go "frickkkkkkk!!!!" In the 3rd quarter and then completely disappear

I've been almost all of them. It really depends on the teams playing and game situation. For example as a steelers fan last season when Emmanuel sanders fumbled a ball off his knee against the ravens deserved a legit "WTF Are You Doing!?"
