R.I.P.

Is the team going to her or is there an child that will inherit the franchise? Seems like a lot of owners are passing.

He built a solid club that y'all I'm sure are proud of

Theyve come a long way for the early years

Yeah, he shoved it in LA’s face during the bidding process.

I have a lot of respect for him. He did a lot to support local charities and educational efforts before he was ever known as the Texans owner, and never really sought attention for that side of his life.

His personality was a complete 180 from Bud Adams, and the main reason local leaders were willing to get on board for an NFL bid after all the bad blood.

I wish the family well. But I can never root for them because of the name and colors. Should have fought harder to get Oilers back.

Could really suck for Houston NFL fans. He tried to bring a winner, and wasn't an owner just to suck up that TV money, he loved the game and was a fan.

Ehh he held onto Rick Smith way too long. Let's not put him in the HOF because he died.
