I can see that I guess. I didnt really get the same vibe from him but i get where youre coming from. Also I cant fault the guy for wishing his dad was there to see him. Unless their where comments I missed I dont see anything inherently "wrong" with anything he's said about the situation. Misguided maybe.

if my math is correct...No. 23 in this draft turned into Stefon Diggs, No. 42 overall, a 2024 6th and a 2025 5th.

I like the moves Caserio has been making as well.

Having a great young QB definitely makes things easier on an Org

Diggs last 10 games. It’s funny how the “positive” spin would be to say:

“He is still good he just completely quit on his team”

For one 2nd round pick in 2025, seems like a fleecing unless his contract is that bad.

I think it has to do with the numbers he put up last year and the contract. Like someone else earlier said. I dont think the bills send him to an in conference rival on the rise without it being the absolute best offer they were going to get.

What do you think a 30 year old receiver who had a shite second half of the year is worth? A second round pick seems pretty good.

They take BPA at the WR position at their pick.

AD Mitchell would be stellar or BTJ if he falls.

Any time you can get more than a 3rd in a player trade at the NFL level for a non QB not on a rookie deal, you’re doing pretty well

Vet trade market is so discounted

I just don't really like him. Dude is a good player. I think the ROTY and early success got to his head and he acts way too arrogant now.

i hate Ohio State and have generally enjoyed the Texan's (mainly the Texan fan's) plight for a while as a Cowboys fan, but Stroud just seems like a straight up dude and fairly humble.

The Texans inherit Stefon Diggs' $19.005 million in cash for this year—$18.5 million base is fully guaranteed, and he has a $250K workout bonus and $255K in per-game roster bonuses. The Bills have $43.896 million in dead money to work through.

Deal keeps looking better for the Texans

LOL, and it is still true that he absolutely vanished last half of the season.

Diggs is a damn good WR but I'm not sure if I'd want his personality in the locker room. Ryans knows what he is doing though I'm sure.

Josh Allen's passing stats aren't anything to write home about after week 10 either.

Last 10 games of each. Passing stats only from Allen

Allen averaged 230 yards passing a game with 1.5 passing tds a game

Diggs averaged 44 yards per game and 0.1 TD per game

31 mil dead cap hit from the trade for the Bills for this season. Another 10 or so next season. So they actually paid more cap wise to trade him than it would have been to keep him. Speaks to the strong offer and/or the bills really wanting to get him off the roster

If he didn’t have his contract he would have been someone the bills were willing to cut IMHO

I see we'll have the "Josh Allen has no help" card to play next year again when he chokes in the playoffs.
