Good move for both parties. Texans know they have a cheap, young QB and want to win now. Bills know Diggs will fall off as he gets into his 30s and don't want to pay him $80M+ over the next four years. Everyone wins

Compare the first half to the second half.
Either he's hitting a physical wall or is allowing his mental stuff to prevent him from playing like an elite player.
