Exactly. He is squandering a loaded offense, but I wouldn't change staffs while Ben is there for a 10% chance you can find someone better.

The Patriots feel very strongly that the Steelers should stay the course and keep Tomlin!

Firing a coach with a .659 winning percentage? They sound like LSU fans who wanted to fire Les Miles.

I’m assuming the Minority owners are not minority’s and don’t realize you can’t fire a mediocre black coach in 2018 America.

The people who are most upset about race being inserted into American situations for no reason, are always in these threads inserting race for no reason.

Tomlin has choked in some games, I won't deny that. But still this man is likely a top 5 coach in the NFL. It would be absolutely retarded to fire him. People must realize, Bill Bellicheck is an anomaly. You can't fire coaches because they are not Bellicheck. CFB is having to learn the same lesson but with Saban.

Casualties of Saban in the college game continue to pile up

I see Bruce Rauner is trying his hardest to run the Steelers into the ground just like the state of Illinois.

in what way is he mediocre

if he was fired over half the league would be after him and willing to fire their coaches to get him.

If half of the league would want him and the other half wouldn't, isn't that mediocre?

He’s a good coach but sometimes a change of scenery is good for everyone after a while.

Yea because it’s been great for LSU. If you have a successful coach that wants to be there don’t let go of him just because

It is my understanding Rooney forced Tomlin to move away from his pass cyntric offense and run the ball more. They haven't won a title since.

LSU fricked up becsuse of their replacement hire choice, not because they got rid of Miles
