65% of people are on Stanford. I feel like the Thursday night home dog magic is in effect. Give me Wash +7

I only said crush them bc you said udub sucks. I do think conference games are a different animal than ooc. I was very cautious about the auburn game. They still have great athletes and I knew they would play hard after starting 1-2, the blowout last year and copeland saying they quit last year. IMO auburn is better than people think... They lost to 3 ranked teams. I am not sold on Arizona and think they will at best be a 7-5 team.

FTR I don't think they need to crush udub to prove they are good.

My question is who is the 2nd best team in PAC? Stanford right? Vegas has them as a 7 pt fav...seems low.

Washington was gettings tons of love prior to LSU game.,.getting crushed in one game doesn't mean they suck. We will find out tonite I just think they will look like a different team.

I don't doubt that at all

Oregon fans smack talk didn't help my opinion of the PAC

it was pretty disrespectful or arrogant to actually say LSU couldn't handle oregons speed. It was said by tons of duck fans and really made me wonder if it was ignorance or just being homers. The post game excuses didn't help and now it's as if that game never happened.

Where in the hell did you hear about all this love? I originally had them as 7 win team before all the injuries hit. Now it's 6 at most but possibly 4.

They do suck but it doesn't mean they can't pull a bone outta their arse. shite happens, we all know this. They're facing a team who's been treating em like their bitch and have a new QB. They have good skill players but where it counts most they are very short handed. Even moreso since losing another O lineman.

No, you said I said they'd crush them.

Too early to tell who the 2nd best team is. Who cares about the spread? I don't look at a spread and go off of that. LSU was favored by 18 to start and it went up. What did that mean. Handicapping is about money, not how good a team is.

We were 26th in the poll before the start of the season and were supposed to battle it out with Stanford for 2nd place in the North.

I don't care about any of that. People talk and people are stupid, just look at the rant. Some of the posts before and after the Auburn game shows that. Bet it's ok though cause we are LSU and the SEC though huh?

I'm done brah. Getting prepped for the game. Gotta setup the lemon drop shots, BBQ beef ribs, baked beans, and fresh pineapple.

Meh....not a believer in preseason polls. All of that was also before all the injuries.

Sooo glad I didn't lay any money on that game!

Stanford choked big style, but I give full credit to Sarkisian and his QB. There was no quit in the Huskies last night when they easily could have folded.

Sark has another signature victory.

Stanford's play-calling sucked. If they had stuck with the run more, they would have worn Washington's defense down in the fourth.

Stanford QB Nunes having such a bad game was a killer though.

I hope Shaw is looking in the mirror right now questioning the play calling. Talk about outsmarting yourself. Out of all the play calls that were the worst, the 4 and 4 was bad. Why throw 15 yards downfield when your QB proved all night he wasnt up for it.

That big TE needed to be utilized more in short yardage plays. They got away from the run. When they passed they consistently went at their best corner, a guy who will play in the nfl. All around dumb.

We are very good on defense, just need to get the kinks on offense worked out. Until the WR's catch the ball and the OL blocks better les will keep dumbing down the offense and rely on the D and special teams to win it in the fourth.

Stanford is a very conservative team with Nunes.

USC was up 14-7 at half w/o doing anything special and looking like shite.

Then the wheels came off in the 2nd half with the O-line collapse. I don't care who you are...if you can't score a single point in the 2nd half - you aren't going to win.

Credit UW for having their WRs make some great catches and big plays...but Stanford feels like that team which will keep everyone in the game - just look at San Jose State who they couldn't ever pull away from. Apart from their Duke game (which looks like an outlier) Stanford is averaging 17 points a game.

This is not even close to being the same team from last year...pollsters just saw the USC upset and apparently not the game to fairly judge what Stanford is.

The only reason Stanford is in the top ten is because the pollsters can't logically rank USC there right now. It's all halo effect. Stanford not only takes a huge step back at QB, they lost two NFL offensive linemen. This is a well-coached yet not terribly talented team.

Think a slightly better version of Mississippi St. By the end of the year, USC will likely be ranked ahead of Stanford.

Besides, UW can't stop the run, so unless UW gets out to a big lead early, Stanford will pummel them.

well those USC folks sure do know what the hell they be talking about
