I have a 1946 Rose Bowl program (Ala defeated USC) signed by Coach Bryant and Don Hutson. I doubt there's many items signed by those two men.

My grandfather got out of WWII in California for a 2 week break and had no time to return to Alabama so he went to the game. Stayed in the same hotel as the team and the whole team signed his program. I have the ticket stub too.

My dad saw Coach Bryant in the late '70's, at the dog track and was telling Coach about his dad's program he had now. Coach Bryant asked to see it so he dropped it off at his office the next week and then a few months later, we got it back in the mail with a letter and he had also written a note in the program as well telling him thanks so much and he really enjoyed looking at it.

I have a lot more crap but the family connection makes that one by far the most special to me. I have a good bit of Namath signed stuff. My dad was golf buddies with his old attorney.

Hate to break it to you, but it's not even close to that much. I'm about to pull the trigger on a Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Walter Johnson, Jimmie Foxx ball, and it's worth about $25k, seller is selling for $32k. Honestly, as an avid collector and someone in this business for a short while, your batting glove is probably worth about $ 1,500-$ 3,000 on the high end, depending on the condition it's in. Mainly because you need an auth nowadays by one of the big companies, like PSA, JSA, or Beckett. And in the end, it's only a game used batting glove signed by Dusty Baker. I still think it's a pretty cool piece of memorabilia to have and a great keepsake overall.

Best man in my wedding played for the Yankees in '77 when they beat the Dodgers. Got a handful of tickets to a game, asked me to make sure the guys got to the game.

After the game went down to the visitors dugout when he popped out with 2 baseballs in his hands. Team ball with Billy on the sweet spot was for me. Yells make sure his sister gets the other one, a Frank Sinatra auto on it.

You're never selling it so it doesn't matter so that's good, but it is not worth anything close to 50K. You can find actual gloves of Hank Aaron from his record season for a couple grand. Hell you can get a 715 ticket stub signed by Hank Aaron himself graded a PSA 10 for under 20K.

A batting glove signed by the person on deck is a very cool piece but not remotely worth 50K.

I have a collection of Fullback autographed framed 8x10s. Tom Rathman, Lorenzo Neal, Sam Gash, and Mike Alstott.

A brick from the Wrigley Field wall when they did construction

A good bit of LSU memorabilia.

But...............the best thing I own....not really..... was a Alfonso Soriano autographed game used bat. I just new that guy was going to be in the HOF.

I also have a bout a 4x2 piece of the PMAC floor when it was replaced after Katrina. A bunch of players and Dale Brown signed it but Shaq didn't get to sign it. I talked to him recently about getting him to sign it

I have all kinds of shite - but I think I figured out the rarest thing I own:

On the return trip from the Women's World Cup in New Zealand, my daughter was given a US Women's National Team challenge coin by a member of the security staff that was seated behind us.

I did some googling, eBaying - can't find mention or even a picture of it.

I have countless baseball, football, and basketball HOF autographs. I prefer cards, as they take up less space. I have a lot of “junk” stuff like random game worn baseball jerseys, helmets, etc. I’m like Frank (RIP) from American Pickers in that I collect lots of small things instead of mega stuff. I like the quirky things, like turf from Riverfront Stadium, or a piece of the old Metrodome roof. I think the things I have that are conversation starters are stadium seats from Crosley Field in Cincy that are around 100 years old, and a seat from old Arlington Stadium.

Some people blow money on drugs, some people blow it on a fancy car, I blow it on shite like that. Every now and then I sell off a few things.

If my son ever sells it, I guess he'll see. I'm never selling it.
