You can’t just let the players come back. You then piss off the guys who stayed loyal to you. Imagine how mad you would be if you turned down 100 million dollars, and then the guys that took the money can freely comeback.

It’s a joke…..
But, to reiterate my point, you can’t freely let the LIV players back. It’s a slap to guys like Rory and Rahm and JT who turned down 100s of millions and stayed loyal

It's certainly not getting much playing time but Abraham Ancer flew the coop this morning as well. For those keeping score at home, Ancer is ranked the 20th best in the world in golf ranking.

I would like to see what happens when they deny them membership. I am not a legal scholar, but I bet it will be hard to legally prevent them from playing on tour.

I don’t think the pga tour is going anywhere. I could be wrong and if I am I would feel differently. The way I see it is I get to watch more golf and will enjoy both tourneys. I do think Monohan has handled this all poorly.

Agreed. Just make them go back through Q school. Go to korn ferry win 3 and then they are back on.

Ancer is a solid young(ish) golfer. Got his first PGA win last year in Memphis. He’s one of those building blocks LIV needs to bolster their profile. Plus he brings in eyeballs from Mexico.

I agree. Ancer has been slowly working his way up the food chain. I'm not sure why this wouldn't especially appeal to all international golfers right now.
