re: Should the Kansas City Chiefs Trade Patrick Mahomes?

Joe Burrow has played behind the same or worse O Line conditions for 5 years. And he’s never been down 40-6. Sure, it does cause him to get injured, but he doesn’t look like a lost puppy when his O Line doesn’t show up.

No.
But he does need to get in better shape if he wants to play at a high level for a lot longer. He's got a dad bod and definitely looks slower.

LOLOL
Mahomes will be able to play until he draws Social Security the way the NFLWWE protects him. What a stupid thread.

Took a 41-16 L to a 7-9 browns, which is in fact significantly worse.

Trade Idea number 1- Call up the notoriously stupid and desperate, Cleveland Browns and pursue a package of 3 1st rd picks, Myles Garrett and Denzel Ward.
The Browns don't have the cap room to make that dea.

Wow, the off-season horrible threads are indeed underway.

I'm assuming you upvoted yourself. There's no way anyone else actually agrees with that.

Citing an early week game in a season that Joe was recovering from severe ACL, LCL and MCL tears is wild. And keep in mind, he went to the Super Bowl that season behind the 32nd ranked O Line.
Baker Mayfield also played on that Browns team, so let’s not act like Dipshit Deshaun and Co beat Burrow 41-16 in a meaningless, early week matchup.

No. Franchise QB’s are hard to come by.

Pat with an average o-line, no Kelce, and mediocre skill position players will show good he really is or isn't.
Posted on 2/13/25 at 5:42 pm to WhiteMandingo
Why not just go Carr for Mahomes straight up
Posted on 2/13/25 at 5:51 pm to 3PieceSpicy
Wait a team like Cleveland is going to take on that salary, plus give up three first round picks and their two best players?

Cleve traded 3 firsts and gave a historic guaranteed contract to a serial rapist that hadn’t played ball in over a season.
Myles already wants out, so really they would only be trading Denzel.

Yes they should. Right after they trade you back to the idiots who birthed you for a biscuit that fell on the floor.

If the Chiefs traded Mahomes the fan reaction would be Dallas Mavericks fan to the power of infinity. Imagine LSU alumni reaction if the school removed every reference to Pete Maravich from their campus.

Part of this was a Luka Trade spinoff idea/devil’s advocate scenario
But Mahomes is 5 years older and visibly declining, so it actually makes a little more sense than the Luka trade on paper.
TBH seeing that the majority of this board disagrees with me makes me think it’s a better idea than I originally thought. This is historically a low iq board, so I’d be much more worried if I received more upvotes on this thread.

Rumor is he wants to team up with the offensive mind that just beat him. Mahomes to New Orleans. You heard it here first.
